If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no additional cost. Simply contact us with photographs of the damage, and our team will arrange a replacement.

Because every Museum Edition is produced specifically for your order, returns for change of mind are generally not accepted. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it promptly.
